Le Castel des Prés, now known as Le Castel 1954 has indeed been operating since 1954. In french, Castel means "little castle".. Le Castel was a few miles out of downtown Trois-Rivières. A beautiful building all alone in the middle of a field, thats "Le Castel 1954". Since then the restaurant has been sold to two young men, who have a great vision. Keeping with Le Castels image and traditions, but innovating and increasing our production for banquets, caterer and events. A beautiful restaurant and a fabulous caterering buisness, come have a taste.
